What is Meditation?
The Art of Doing Nothing On Purpose.
Meditation can be described very simply as The art of doing nothing on purpose - allowing the busy mind to slow down and take a well-earned rest.

It sounds simple, yet it can take a little practice.
Here you will find a short meditation process that I have shared with many people over the years when teaching mindfulness meditation.

If you listen once a day, it will guide you through a simple counting practice from 1 to 9 and back to 1. It takes only a few minutes, but if practised two or three times each day, it can begin to gently relax the mind and help you become more present in the moment.
