I was introduced to Mycobio in 2025 by Huw's son. At the time I had been struggling with ongoing depression and anxiety that first started in 2020. For half a decade I had been working on taking care of myself but I still felt so trapped by a nervous system I couldn't seem to regulate.

Triple Blend changed my life. It burst the bubble of anxiety and depression I was stuck inside of. It calmed me, energised me, and focussed me. I slept better and I no longer woke up feeling dread for the day ahead. I got my life back - all thanks to a little bottle of mushrooms.

Grateful for the impact it had on me, I asked Huw if I could contribute to the product rebrand - and he welcomed the idea. Six months later, with hundreds more peoples lives improved by mushrooms, I proudly became part of the Mycobio team as the Creative Sales Director; responsible for the creative design and sales strategy that leads the Mycellium of the earth into the good people of Wales, and the World.
